This guy is a peeping tom, beware. Currently this plate is on a red van. He'll part in apartment complexes and scour the neighborhood looking in people's windows. Call the cops if you see this place in North Carolina.

Was on his phone while driving and kept stopping while people were behind him waiting he was really bad and we could get his attention |:(

Bumped me at traffic light. When I pulled over to check, they drove on by laughing.

This guy drives a red BMW 328i. (I think that's the series) He drives like he is in a race car. He drives really fast in school zones, and he weaves in and out of traffic. I saw him get in between two cars really close to each other. I'm just worried about the safety of my area.
