This taxi driver drives like a maniac. Trying to swerve around a car going the limit on an off ramp, nearly swerving into me on a surface street to pass above mentioned car. Going at least 10 over the limit and swerving through traffic doing so. TOTALLY UNSAFE. Do not be driven by this cabbie.
