Just saw the driver with this license plate number hit a vehicle and take off in Vegas at Algonquin and Flamingo, I was able to get the plates and give it to the driver the suspect hit.

I met the driver a while back. He's actually a very sweet man. Not sure why everyone's giving him so much hate. He doesn't have a criminal record so I assume he did nothing wrong.
