A vehicle was parked in his lane on the next block. I drove faster when the light changed so this fool had to go behind me. He’s blowing his horn on me like im in his lane and then he sped past me again and cut in front me very close just to make a left turn on the next street. Stay away from this fool, mentally unstable and most likely doesn’t have proper paperwork. Drives a newing red kia car.
