The guy cut between multiple cars in the lane and parked cars while driving in the middle on the bike lane.

Was in right lane, they were in merge lane entering parkway. They decided to not use the large space behind me to merge but floor it because they HAD to be in front of me. Proceeded to give me the finger when honked at. Then proceeded to drive with complete disregard for anyone's safety to catch back up to me when I passed. Then they started speeding and cutting off other cars
