I was driving on great neck road and this lovely person drove like they were down 10 shots of tequila. They were driving easily 15 miles per hour and I would sooner paint the wall with my brain then exist in a vehicle behind them again.

Did not use turn signals on busy nyc highway causing near accidents more than once.
