This driver, a male in his 20s or 30s made a left turn from the right lane of a two lane + bicycle lane on left. He would have hit me on my bicycle if I did not turn with him. Then he fled the scene without so much as an apology or acknowledgement. His window was down and I was yelling to alert him. He definitely saw me and turned anyway.

man was sitting in car outside in parking lot. was not a guest and was approached to see if there was something he needed. quickly got offensive and said if there was no security then there was nothing to worry about. then quickly left the parking lot.
