6:40pm. On 4.7.17
Driving on LI expressway , driver flashed police lights for few seconds and slowed down in fast traffic. Turned off lights and does up to car infront of them. Driver wore dark suit and dark sunglasses.

Four or five MTA vehicles with this same plate around madison square garden...
Driver cut me off on my right, nearly causing me to hit a fuel tanker to avoid hitting him. When I honked at him in anger, he swerved around to taunt me. When he saw I was trying to take a picture of his license plate, he illegally got behind me, and aggressively followed me, causing me to avoid going home and trying to lose him down side streets.
A complete monster!
