This woman rides around with a little white, fluffy, little dog and has a bad habit of paying more attention to the dog than she does her driving. She ran a stop, last night, while petting her dog, and we - both - wound up in the parking lot of the Hudson Falls Police Department. I would like more information on this driver.

Bad driver. Was turning onto the street to my right than this guy comes and accuses me of cutting him off. Also tried to start a fight with me, but I drove off, luckily.
