154 unpaid parking, red light, and speeding tickets for $12000 in total. That's how much the owner of this car, along with another one he owns JLF5267 NY, owes to the city. This is the highest number I've ever seen. Absolute scum for whom the Law doesn't exist.

She has no one to blame but herself... too many excuses as to why she's not up to date on her documents... all her appointments for that day, a graduation and son has parties to attend... does that sound broke?? She said it herself "I'm so disorganized". I myself am below the poverty line... no excuses here. I hope that was a wake-up call for her that not all are privileged!! BTW she couldn't even pull into the parking spot correctly. God bless!
