Cut me off on the 190, then swerved to try to run me off the road and then short stopped when I caught up to him to get his license number. Here's a picture of him putting his brakes on when I caught up to him to get his tag number.

Horrible driver. Drives a white Kia Sorrento. Tailed me VERY close at 38mph in a 30mph section. Also beeped at me merging onto traffic.
