White female towards the late forties early fifties almost hit my aunts dog , they then got into an argument , she called is "spics" and proceeded to tell us to "build a wall" and that we "don't belong here".

Could be an antique/classic car thief. Has a Handicap Flag hanging from the mirror. Car is white. Last seen in Pelham Bay, Bronx 10461 Area.
