This driver nearly sideswiped me pulling out of the Bagel Store on Metropolitan avenue. He seemed to be distracted with a large wad of cash he was feverishly counting.

Almost ran someone over while backing up and claims its not his responsibility to look while backing up. The other pedestrian was inches from being run over. Me and couple other bystanders were screaming at him to stop backing up and he still claimed he does not need to look while backing up.
