Typical. I live on Long Island and drive into the city regularly. They all drive that same exact shitbox Accord with no mufflers, and the occupants of the car always fit a single category (not saying anything). Probably an illegal, especially with our retarded governor handing out licenses to illegal aliens. Any chance you could upload the video?
