This vulgar despicable black woman attacked me when I was photographing her license plate for parking in a handicap stall without a handicap permit.
She spit directly in my eye point blank smack me in the face and try to take my cell phone. This happened in Deer Park New York 11729
The police have been notified and criminal charges are pending.

Rear ended my vehicle while I was stopped at a res light. Wouldnât even roll down his windows to speak to me until I knocked. Then said âwhatâs the big deal.â While I was calling the cops and standing on the front side of his vehicle so he canât get away, he backed up his car and drove it into my body to push me out of the way. His breath wreaked of alcohol and his eyes were glassy and blood shot.

Parks like an entitled douche. Likes to needlessly take 2 parking spaces because their car is 1000 times as important as yours. Throws coffee on other cars.
