JLV 2900 - HIT and Run in Queens NY 10/16/19 6:30 PM
Rear ended my vehicle while I was stopped at a res light. Wouldn’t even roll down his windows to speak to me until I knocked. Then said “what’s the big deal.” While I was calling the cops and standing on the front side of his vehicle so he can’t get away, he backed up his car and drove it into my body to push me out of the way. His breath wreaked of alcohol and his eyes were glassy and blood shot.
