Have spotted this a few times on A2 Shore Road Greenisland area.... bound to be very sore on the wee dogs eyes....and always appears to have difficulty in breathing!!

Driver drives like a maniac. Looks like a young girl, they shoudl really stop cutting people off and acting like they own the road. White Escalade.
