I was sitting at a red light for 20 seconds at least and this guy rear ended me. Then he backed up and tried to act like nothing happened. It's an old guy in a 90's ford ranger

This guy went 10 miles an hour under the speed limit down hill, then when I finally get in front of him he chases me and tries to follow me home. I shook him but he definitely followed me (if you make 4 lefts and they are still there, they are following you).

Have spotted this a few times on A2 Shore Road Greenisland area.... bound to be very sore on the wee dogs eyes....and always appears to have difficulty in breathing!!
