This guy went 10 miles an hour under the speed limit down hill, then when I finally get in front of him he chases me and tries to follow me home. I shook him but he definitely followed me (if you make 4 lefts and they are still there, they are following you).

This vehicle read ended me and took off. The plate is registered to a LOSER who put it on a different vehicle. I didnt TAKE A PHOTO while on the phone with police, so its not proven that this owner is the person who hit me. Watch out for this jerk in Gallipolis Ohio!
