Parks in front of handicapped access ramps, in school zones, and gets offended when people ask him to move, and subsequently attempts to flex on them like he is gonna throw a punch. "Welcome to the school zone!" was his response to almost causing an accident.

This driver (minivan) attempted to pass me on James Rd in the middle turning lane. When the vehicle in front of her was turning she swiped her car behind me and yelled some nonsense through her window. I got up to the light at James and Main and just happened to end up next to her. She rolled her window down just to yell profanity at me. She also made a gun hand signal and said she was going to shoot me in the face. She was a short haired black woman with kids in the back. I will also report her to the police.
