Pulled out of a local bar and swerved all over the road. Dangerous driver, should have license revoked.

At the intersection of 303 and Cleveland - East Liverpool Road in Streetsboro today, this driver honked at me in an attempt to get me to turn right while the light was still red. The driver later drove aggressively and impatiently before getting back onto 303. The car was a black 2017 Tesla Model S. The driver was an older male with gray/white hair.
It should be noted that while it is permissible to turn right on red after coming to a complete stop in most places unless otherwise stated, it is not obligatory for a driver to do so even if the turn can be performed safely/legally.
