Rush hour going downtown. I'm in the downtown lane. This guy cuts me off by swerving in front of me without any assured clear distance, proceeds to "touch" his brakes (twice) then slams the brakes on and reaches out the window to give me the finger. Less than a minute further down the road, he moves into the lanes to the right to get onto I-71. What a jerk, this is how accidents occur. Totally unacceptable.
