It's been almost a week of milling and paving our street in Bethel Village AND same person continues to park their vehicle in a designated GUEST spot with NO regards for anyone other then themselves!
RPM (Real Property Management - our condo management company) will not tow unless the Board President calls them = stop the madness!

Parked aceoss garage door left debri condoms in Chicago. Resident. Police called parked there as early as 9:00pm found after arriving from work .tried beamers,blowing of no affect.non repsonsove.

To the original poster... Please report this incident to local law enforcement if you have not done so already. They can easily look up the owner of the vehicle and do whatever it is they need to do from there. Even if they can't pin him with some charge despite you having clear evidence, he will be under their radar for a while, I'm sure.

AND they continue to park in guest parking spot ILLEGALLY on a daily basis even though they have an attached garage!

Ran over a tree in my neighborhood early one morning, found passed out in his vehicle nearby, several indications of events present on his vehicle including a shredded tire.
