Was riding my bumper when I was doing 50 on a 45mph country road. Passed me and tried to run me off the road and flicked me off. I have no idea why he did it but I had children in my minivan with me. It was scary. He then drove recklessly on winding country roads and swerved a lot. Might be intoxicated. Had my husband snap this picture. Not sure if it's GOG or COG

Buzzing and brake checking cyclist on country road(s). No other vehicles around for miles. Even opened his doors to prevent cyclists passing after he stopped in the middle of the road. Police report filed

They keep parking in my car port spot at my condo which ia clearly designated by condo number. Or they will park next to it and way to close to my side.
