Pulled out in front of me. Then would speed up and slow down. Then would go way under speed limit. When We tried to capture a picture they started speeding up. And was turning there high beams on and off at other vehicles.

So when this driver backs out in front of someone. It's the other drivers fault and they will be brake checked and hung out to dry. For a long time they slow down and speed up. Even after the passing zone up hills it doesn't matter.

Absolutely ridiculous. DRIVER was tailgating me down I64 towards hurricane. Pulled into slow lane and DRIVER took off flying pushing 85 or more'

Driver not only pulled out in front of me. Forcing me to slam my brakes. But also took the next 2 miles in town constantly stopping and going just to make me angry. Also took a turn that I had my signal on for and preceded to do the same thing. Before very very slowly turning off the road.
