This S.O.B. cut me off on Bagley Road in Berea by N. Rocky River, I honked my horn as I was slamming on my brakes to avoid hitting him, then he comes to a dead stop in front of me at a green light. The cars behind me get frustrated that he's just sitting at a green light, so they go around; I went to get around and this psycho guns it across lanes and cuts me off, again, in the other lane. We're still sitting through traffic light changes and after 4-5 other cars start honking, I was finally able to get out from around him. As I drove by, he waved to me and took off down N. Rocky River. I guess the ass hole who cut me off really showed me, huh?

Dark sub with three guys and two girls tried to back into people in the crosswalk in Kroger parking lot repeatedly after being asked then told to stop blocking the handicap ramp. Eventually sped off nearly side swiping another car and then jumping a curb to try and hit another pedestrian on a corner a few blocks away.

Dark grey Dodge Charger. Followed on my ass while on the freeway and then pulled up to me and revved his engine. Then proceeded to get back behind me on the freeway. I decided to change lanes, so I got over and he decided to get in front of me by cutting me off and making me slam on my brakes
