At 10:40pm on July 4th silver Honda, plate - JAA-5774 parked at "no standing anytime" spot in Brooklyn NY. They parked a good 30 inch away from the curb too. I made several comments saying they can not park here, but two people in the car did not reply anything at all in return and just walked right past me. They both looked like they were stoned as hell.
