me, while him and a female passenger waived their arms in the air and made obscene gestures with their hands. When the road was finally cleared, I moved to the right-side lane. When he sped-up passed me, he swerve his SUV in my lane, threatening to hit my car.

This guy pulled out in front of me 3 times in the span of 5 minutes. One of these times includes him pulling up on the shoulder to talk to me before he pulled in front of me again

Carried on because I went the speed limit. Went out of her way so she could cut me off.
