Is a first rate stinky hole, jerk that occupies two parking spots depriving others of parking spots on a busy residential road. Not once or twice everytime this car parks. This car's owner lives in an apartment complex that provides parking spaces but deliberately parks on the other side of the road from his residence to be a nuisance.
