Lady completely crossed double yellow on me in a corner, then pulled out into traffic, and crossed double yellow 2 more times in less than 1/2 mile. On something. Called it in to the troopers. She's gonna kill someone.

Perrysburg Ohio 43551 and are electronically harassing their old neighbor. That is his license plate. What they are doing is illegal and a felony. but bc of strict government laws of invasion of privacy(especially for the victim, the neighbor) they are able to get away with it. If anyone(a hacker) is able to get into their computer, get evidence and send it to the FBI.

Right turn on red is only legal when there is not another car coming. Its not for you to squeeze in between two moving cars.
