This driver attempted to pass a semi truck on US - 322 and stayed right next to the truck so nobody could pass causing a minor traffic jam (state college pa near exit 71)

I witnessed the driver of this black pick up truck pass a vehicle right next to a "do not pass" sign and do 40 mph, riding the bumpers of vehicles in front of him over a residential (25 mph) street with sharp turns in Lansdale, Montgomery County.
