Approches women in store parking lots in Homestead, North Versailles, White Oak, and Elizabeth asking them to come to his house and treat him like a baby for $25 an hour for his fetish. Very creepy and cops cant do anything orher than file a report. Beware of an older man in a 2015 Nissan Altima! (Hes been at this for at least 10 years)
