Terrible driver, absolutely horrible. Should just stay in penn. or just off the road in general. If you try and pass him when he’s going slow he will speed up and then slow back down so you can’t go anywhere

This car with this plate is nosy and suspiciously drives waxahachie tx 287 brown at night creeping the neighbor hood and speeding our quiet streets of 30 mph at speeds of 50 mph ignoring stop signs and using no care to avoid being noticed ... tx plate jtw 2149 hope you know what can be done with that little of information. Bad people and good can use it to do many things altho I won't do you harm your actions show you are cowardly and don't want to be caught so the apparent intention is not looking good for your presence eyes on you

Watch out for this driver! Continually provoked me, young driver. Had the right way to turn, she was miles ahead of me, then began to throw her hands up me furiously for a while. I then proceeded to try to calm her down by waving and showing respect, but continually got angry. It must have been a bad day for her, or she has an alterior motive. Driver should learn to be civil on the road.
