Truck parked illegally on 8/28.2017 around 7:30PM, completely blocking the crosswalk and sticking out into the intersection at State Street and Jackson in Media PA. The car behind them is also illegally parked, but not as egregiously.

This person put on their turn signal and alammed on their breaks in order to try to get me to hit him. Then he would turn off his signal and continue on. He did it multiple times until I tried to call the police. Then he drove away in a different direction.

Tailgated me for about 3-4 miles while I was going at least the speed limit down 113. Passed me my using a right turn only lane near the CVS at 113 and 313 and then cut me off into my lane last second. Then this older woman (I think) just continued along the road going as fast as I had been before. Endangering both of us wasn't really worth it if you are just going to continue at a normal speed.

This driver was driving very recklessly through construction. He came speeding up the left shoulder when the lane had already ended and all other traffic had merged. He cut in front of a car and threw mud from his back tires. He is the type of driver who endangers drivers around him as well as the people in his car.
