The driver of this vehicle was seen with a skimming device at an Atm in Lexington KY Sunday April 3rd. Very suspicious activity. I hope he is caught.

White male seen at travel stop on I-81 in Virginia with a blonde haired blue eyed little girl, approximately 7 years old. Little girl looked very afraid, trembling, roughed up with a blue bruise on right side of face. Very suspicious!

Insane guy in a Black Dodge Charger03/16/16 7:57 PM
Guy is a complete nutcase, drives about 90 in a 55 and then gets right on your bumper because I am going the speed limit. Then I get over to let him pass and he swerves over with me, so i get back over and he passes me and gets up besides me and gives me the finger and threatens to shoot me, then passes me in his Dodge Charger aand slams on his breaks and swerves around to not let me by. Meanwhile a girl in the passenger seat can visibly be seen telling him to stop and a man in the backseat looks very uncomfortable. Got the entire encounter on a dash cam.. he followed me for about 4 miles before I was able to turn. once I turned he tried to swerve into me but luckily missed.

This woman nearly ran me off the road on TN 385 in Memphis.
