Just stupid. Grey Explorer with female driver. Driving on the shoulder to pass everyone on 635 only to cut off right-away merging traffic?! Then you drive by and flash your ugly mug while waving. Do that to the wrong person and you'll find not everyone forgives as quickly. Be smart... especially with a military plate... just stupid.
