This person scared us and I recently had a c section and my wound opened because of this person scaring me now I'm going to the hospital. Hopefully this person will pay my hospital bill...

Came back to the boat ramp to find this note written on a religious pamphlet. Eye witness said he could hardly walk or talk but hey at least he left a note with a disconnected number. For those of you trying to read it " I bumped your truck call 832-835-7678"
