I just witnessed this old guy strap a toddler into a regular seatbelt in the backseat. I think the only reason he bothered to do that is because I was staring at him and the kid had been standing up between the seats.

Learn how to drive. Pulling your car out into oncoming traffic is going to get you killed. Unfortunately you may take someone else with you.

Extremely reckless driver. Almost crashed while changing lanes on highway without blinker. When I honked at him after the near-crash, he came to an almost complete stop in the middle of the highway. Barely avoided a complete crash. This guy shouldn't be allowed to drive and put other people's lives in such danger.
