This guy was ridiculously reckless in Austin, July 13, 6'ish, on 183. Excessive speed, passing on right breakdown lane, zigging, zagging, flipping off people who honked at him. Insane! And----in a freaking GEO for Pity's Sake!!

Extremely reckless driver. Almost crashed while changing lanes on highway without blinker. When I honked at him after the near-crash, he came to an almost complete stop in the middle of the highway. Barely avoided a complete crash. This guy shouldn't be allowed to drive and put other people's lives in such danger.

I just witnessed this old guy strap a toddler into a regular seatbelt in the backseat. I think the only reason he bothered to do that is because I was staring at him and the kid had been standing up between the seats.
