Didn't get a photo..but this driver almost hit another car head on today at 12:30 on on Morningside Drive in New Braunfels,TX..it has River City underground on the side of the door..

Very creepy driver. He drove at erratic speeds, driving faster simply to pass me then would slow way down to cause me to pass him. He would pull alongside just looking at me. He continue this for about an hour while I was headed west on I-20 between Dallas and Shreveport until he exited the highway.
