Didn't get a photo..but this driver almost hit another car head on today at 12:30 on on Morningside Drive in New Braunfels,TX..it has River City underground on the side of the door..

This Black Dodge Ram 2500 Megacab has been reported several times as being driven by a man who drives intoxicated and at high rates of speed. It has also caused a vehichle to spin off the road when the driver went into oncoming traffic and forced an SUV off the road then kept going after the SUV clearly was run off the road. The driver is a repeat DWI offender and carries assault rifles in the vehicle.
