White Jeep, maybe Cherokee. I'm doing 5 over limit, riding maybe foot off my rear bumper. Flashing lights, weaving around. Vehicle went to Whichita street in Lockhart. A white car, not sure make, was traveling with the Jeep.

They parked right behind my car when I was parked waiting for my nephews bus.
And they left as soon as I did.
No one entered or left their car. Really weird.. galveston area.
