I was sitting on the side of the church waiting for Ceremony to begin when this car has by really fast feet away or actually 10 inches away from my foot my left foot trying to run it over to that followed by a reported stolen Chrysler to my name

Texas Plate GGB 2029, White VW, in Norman, Oklahoma. Lindsey and Classen Blvd. Speeding, then cutting people off. At the stoplight he put his vehicle in reverse and acted like he was going to back into me until he figured out I had a dash cam. No regard for anyone's safety!

Very creepy driver. He drove at erratic speeds, driving faster simply to pass me then would slow way down to cause me to pass him. He would pull alongside just looking at me. He continue this for about an hour while I was headed west on I-20 between Dallas and Shreveport until he exited the highway.
