Passed 4 cars while the vehicle in front was turning left on Hwy 237 (2 lane road). Then passed in a no passing zone & ran a stop sign in Round Top, Tx.

When the truck he was tailgating had to slow down because of a traffic jam, this ignoramus tried to cut across multiple lanes of faster-moving traffic on the freeway, without making sure the lane was clear.
