This driver has one of those exhaust systems that spray out black smoke when he accelerates. He hit me with it in the Wal-Mart parking lot in Carthage Texas. I followed him to get the tag #, and he shared his exhaust with several other drivers before pulling into Auto Zone, where I hope he was buying parts to fix his truck.
