Driver has been spotted driving erratically on multiple occasions on state highway Route 10 VA from Rushmere VA to Smithfield VA. Most recent event involves driver passing two or more vehicles in one pass on a solid line of Rt 10. Driver has also been spotted driving in the into oncoming traffic attempting force another driver off highway. Vehicle description: GMC Sierra color: black yr 2010- 2014.

Stopped at pedestrian cross walk but decided wasn't in too much of a hurry to wait for a mother with Baby in a stroller and small child so took off angrily just as I stepped into the crosswalk nearly nipping the baby stroller. After a few feet had to stop at a red light, when I took a picture of his plates. Very aggressive driver. Endangered children.

Not watching were he was going as he was looking if Home Depot was open. Sharp turn and did not see me going with cart into Home Depot.

This person is a line cutting asshole. Apparently they're too good to wait in line like everyone else so they forced their way into the middle and fucked over about a hundred cars during Walmart Black Friday.
