Was drifting into my lane on a narrowing section of road, gave a light honk of the horn to warn him, and saw him looking straight down at his phone while I passed him. Continued to cut me off and brake check me once he noticed the person that honked at him was about to pass him.
Drives like a child.

Driver has been spotted driving erratically on multiple occasions on state highway Route 10 VA from Rushmere VA to Smithfield VA. Most recent event involves driver passing two or more vehicles in one pass on a solid line of Rt 10. Driver has also been spotted driving in the into oncoming traffic attempting force another driver off highway. Vehicle description: GMC Sierra color: black yr 2010- 2014.

Stopped at pedestrian cross walk but decided wasn't in too much of a hurry to wait for a mother with Baby in a stroller and small child so took off angrily just as I stepped into the crosswalk nearly nipping the baby stroller. After a few feet had to stop at a red light, when I took a picture of his plates. Very aggressive driver. Endangered children.
