On Saturday March 18th, 2017 you turned left heading South from Pearl Street by Leonardo's pizza. I was about to cross the street heading east. You did not yield for a pedestrian, you almost hit me AND YOU WERE TEXTING!! You never even saw me.

This guy was willing to cause an accident instead of just falling into line in a merging lane. He instead drag raced up a line of cars expecting to be let back in and then proceeded to push a car off the road coming inches from the other vehicle. Ill catch you again.
