I just saw this driver hit an animal in the road after not braking or making any attempt to miss it. They didn't even stop, and the poor animal they hit was severely injured but not dead. Whoever this person is, they are a total piece of garbage. 10/10 would punch in the face.

Nono registration sticker on plate. Attached to 300D Turbo Diesel Blue Mercedes. 2 people male and female. Sighted at Bed Bath and Beyond in Williston billowing bong smoke, driving while impaired.

The owner of this car hit my vehicle causing damage and fled the scene..if anyone has any info please lmk..ty
