Seemed like a delivery driver (didn't have any marking on his car or anything), parked in the middle of the driveway. Got out and started walking around in the dark looking into cars with a flashlight. Someone asked him if he needed help, he got defensive, started flicking his flashlight at them, and went back to wait in his car.
Someone eventually showed up, looked like they were exchanging directions, then left without anything.
Driver eventually left after repeatedly flicking his flashlight at the people who asked him if he needed help.
Looked like a Nissan Sentra, dark paint.

This guy just backed up into my car and drove off like nothing happened. Watched you drive away, you need to retake your driver's test.

She parked less than 3ft from my car, proceeded to slam her door against it, acted an animal and tried to blame it on me when politely confronted about it. She was face down on her phone as she left, almost backed into someone because she wasn't looking. Knocked on her window to stop her and proceeded to tell me if I hit her car again she'll "fuck me up".

Was driving and had green light and car on other side ran red light. It was a late model white Kia Sportage with plate gxf-196. A DMV search shows car belongs to Neysa Pagain Cortes who has at least one DUI in NY.
