She is going to cause a wreck. She tried to run me off of the road. On 397 in Finely,WA. Then passed me in a dangerous no passing area then got in front of me and slowed down constantly stepping on the brakes. She was doing 40 mph in a 50 MPR zone.

she slowed down to antagonize me in a 50mph zone, break slamming and flipping me off. She was going 40mph and slowed down every time I did. Then flipped me off with her whole arm out her window when I passed her. Then she got behind me and drove crazy.
