I was coming around a blind curve on forest road and saw this guy flipping his highbeams off and on very rapidly. He was honking his horn and when he saw me coming towards him in the opposite direction he just stopped in the middle of the road. He parked there flashing his highbeams and honking. I stopped to get out and see if something was wrong but he just ignored me and stared straight ahead; pretending I wasn't there. Eventually I gave up and left, and I saw him start driving away as soon as I passed him.

You should have contacted 911 and reported this incident as road rage. Contacting 911 hopefully would have gotten the ball rolling to get the parents involved.
