accident on 516 this morning caused huge back ups in the federal way area. This hooded man in his older Acura TSX was more than a jerk he was reckless and a car pool violator. In traffic he decided to ride my ass. When this began I slowed down; I didn't break check, he took that as a threat. I slowed down longer than normal to make sure he understood that his following distance was unexceptable. Break checking and slowing are 2 different things. Traffic opened up and he decided to go around me. (This is where i noticed no one other than him in his car) Traffic picked up at this time to 60 which normally happens after an accident for a brief moment. He decides it's smart to try and run me off the road by driving into my lane where his back end is at my front wheel well. Then after doing so, immediately break checks me. I am not guilty in this I sped up when seeing he had no one in the car to close the gap with up coming traffic in his lane and to get him away from me. It sucks you are going to be late to your engagement, but that's not my fault, you should have planned better. If you are a common carpool violater , shame on you! I hope my horn helped you realize how awesome you are!

Late model black Ford SUV. Might be private security or government or undercover cop or even military. I've seen others from time to time with almost identical license plate numbers, always black late model Ford SUVs, and all operated by large, string, well built (athletic) men (police officer or military physique). Occasionally park in our apartment parking lot, filling out paperwork. Sometimes they pick up or drop off residents of Arab looking descent. Would appreciate more information on who they are. Thanks.

Cut me off leading up to a busy intersection, and when I honked at him, slammed on his brakes attempting to take a hit from my car. After I slammed on my own brakes, he did not move, IN THE BUSIEST STREET IN SPOKANE (Division). He then flipped me off and continued to wait in the middle of the road while cars flew past and swerved all around us. Finally, he peeled out and ran a red light so that I would not follow him.
