Caucasian woman driver. Cut me off 3 times, in the rain, without reason, there was no one in front of her or in her way.

Driver was smoking pot (saw and smelled, his windows were down) on Colby in Everett, and driving very erratic.

This driver drove very fast on highway even if he has a "baby on board" sign on the back window. The speed was about 80 mph. He kept passing the cars in the front, then he showed "f" with his finger afterwards. Very rude!

Suicidal with lack of respect for human life. Cut off many drivers while speeding and swerving in an out of lanes on 405. Tailgated drivers going 70 in the fast lane by mere inches for over 20 miles.
