So much horseshit misinformation being spewed like a backed up sewage line. Should I even bother breaking it down?

Driver of this vehicle made a wrong turn, not knowing that the block would be sealed off from protesters. Then came a random person from behind the vehicle, approaching in a rapid manner to "detain" or "apprehend" the driver (illegal + assault). Driver then speeds away to avoid him, but at the same time, keeping safety in mind before himself to not harm anyone else on the street. Unfortunately, another protester grabbed a feeble barrier to block the driver from moving freely about (illegal). The guy from earlier catches up to the driver to reattempt apprehension or whatever (2nd account), by throwing punches repeatedly (assault and battery). At the same time, more protesters try to converge onto the driver as a mob. But, driver pulls out a handgun, discharges a round into the guy's arm. Protesters then back off after hearing the gunshot. Driver then gets out of his vehicle, keeping his firearm pointed down and away from anyone else in the area, while keeping his index finger off the trigger, whom of which happened to be HISPANIC, wearing an Ironworkers hoodie, possibly coming home from where he works. Driver then decides to find active police officers around the corner of the intersection to turn himself in, not endangering anyone else.
The guy who got shot in the arm briefly explained while being escorted to treat his gunshot wound to the arm/shoulder by saying "I was just trying to protect those people down there". How is exactly does that give someone, especially a protester, the right to flat out assault someone in their own vehicle, when videos of multiple angles shown that the driver had no intention of plowing anyone else who got in the way, or immediately shooting everyone else there when aggressively provoked?
Far as I can interpret all of this, this is a justifiable self defense with the proper use and handling of a firearm.

At an intersection I was in the lane going forward, this van was in the left turn lane.
This van decided to to go forward instead at last minute sending me towards a street lamp. I circled to block to get their plate number.
