Almost caused a crash because they are a terribly aggressive driver who gets their rocks off by cutting people off and brake checking!

At an intersection I was in the lane going forward, this van was in the left turn lane.
This van decided to to go forward instead at last minute sending me towards a street lamp. I circled to block to get their plate number.
