At an intersection I was in the lane going forward, this van was in the left turn lane.
This van decided to to go forward instead at last minute sending me towards a street lamp. I circled to block to get their plate number.

Th guy cut me off (on a bicycle) with his car, abandoned his car in the middle of the road and attempted to fight me. I put my bicycle in between us, but it didn't stop him from taking a swing at me in front of the Northstar Diner in Greenwood.

Just to be clear, this driver never has flashing lights on, which are in the upper corners anywoy. They just block the lane for 10 minutes while they slowly pick up kids from the front of the Salvation Army Daycare.
This is a repeated action and is not legal.
